@Xfinity has the WORST customer service I’ve EVER experienced. Whetherphone or chat it is a choreographed series of transfers and disconnects...which all require repeating and confirming information over and over. All designed to get you to just give up, shut up and keep paying.

@BrettHamil Yes! This is was one of my big platform issues when I ran for city council but comcast put BIG money behind candidates who said they would not push municipal broadband. Not easy to fight that when you vow to not take corporate donations.
