How did you celebrate our remarkable planet today on Earth Day?While we wholeheartedly agree that the importance of environmental conservation does not and should not have significance on just one day every year, Earth Day is, in fact, another necessary reminder of the importance of sustainability - an annual nudge for all of us to pick up the renewable pace.A day that encourages us to come together and take action to ensure a healthier planet and brighter future for generations to come, it’s up to all of us to collectively take action. Working in silos and protecting our own methods of ‘being a bit more green’, will only get us so far. Working for the greater good, to proactively educate each other and the younger generations especially is where the real change will happen.We, like so many other businesses in the area, are beavering away to do our bit to put the planet as well as our community and its growth first. There is so much more to come - some of which we can hopefully show you this week - which is dedicated to showcasing cutting-edge sustainable practices and community development to shape our immediate, and wider, world for the better.We truly believe there is something for everyone to get behind here at Projekt.
